May {2017} Cell Phone Pics

Finished up his swimming lessons at Lifetime and I guess we'll find out this summer if he has any new skills to use in the pool.

Going on a walk down a path in our apartment complex.

Tomato plant.

Marigold plant.

Beautiful weather out at the park.

Playing in the rain.

Mammoth strawberries!

Watching a movie over at the Burrough's while the grown ups attempt to play a grown up game.

Sleepy boys. <3

Blake and I planted some seeds. The orange pepper plants never sprouted but the sunflower seeds did. Then the caterpillars ate them. Sadface!

Exploring downtown Mason.

At Blake's Mother's Day luau.

A cute little family crossing the road near our house.

For Mother's Day we went to downtown Cincinnati and the view is so pretty!

We went to Smale Park and they had the coolest water stuff for the kids the play on. Blake was in water heaven and could've stayed there all day. First they had a stream with big rocks to climb on. The water flowed down to the bottom and then went back to the top again and was like a little stream. So cool!

Brett just loves Mazie! He wants to be near her all the time.

Then we went to the next play area which was like a free children's museum. There were all sorts of way to change the flow of water and Blake loved it.

Eric showing him how it worked.

Family shot with downtown Cincinnati in the background.

Well at least these ducks know how to use the crosswalk.

Making an octopus at the library.

Brett with his snorkel for "Under the Sea" day.

Our garden just keeps growing and changing. This was how things stood in the middle of the month.

Getting our first baby zucchini!

Brett petting the goat at Blake's school. They had some farm animals come visit and Brett wanted to say hi to them as well.

Then he tried to brush the pig who kept moving away.

Later that evening we went to Chris's company spring festival and the boys got to see more animals!

Blake got to ride his first horse!

We tried to cool down a bit under the tent. Blake was all hot from jumping on the bounce house.

Then for Brett's birthday we went to the Cincinnati Zoo. This was our first time on the train and the boys were so excited!

My meerkcats... I mean boys.

Brett's new pool toy.

The boys waiting for our turn on the train.

This crazy zucchini plant, then and now. Just 1 month difference!

Blake with his teachers on his last day of school.

We got some Italian ice on the last day of school. The boys tried cherry and didn't get too far with theirs but the chocolate chocolate chip that I had was amazing!

Blake getting his preschool diploma.

Our trip to Blooms and Berries for our first strawberry picking experience.

And the beautiful berries.

How things looked closer to the end of the month. Basically everything got moved away from any shade because everything seems to like the sun.

Our first tomato and the baby zucchini getting bigger.

The weather has been just beautiful so we've been outside a lot. We couldn't be happier to not have to deal with Florida heat anymore!!

Zucchini blossoms are so pretty!

Boys watching the lions at the zoo.

More geese crossing the road.

Park visit on Memorial Day weekend.
