Something was starting to build a burrow in our front yard, so I had to fill it in with dirt.
Brett loves listening to the same song over and over so we put some music on his phone so he could listen with headphones instead of on Alexa. Thumbs up all around.
I finally filled the stones back in after taking them out a couple years ago with the intent of leveling the ground under them. That turned out to be way too much work so I guess we'll live with them the way they are.
We explored a new park, Glenwood Gardens and it was a beautiful spring day!
My sister taught me a new cool way to wear a ponytail. So fun!
Blake made some amazing Mother's Day gifts at school for me. The first is word art in the shape of a flower. Then the second is a poetry book that he wrote at school. They are so precious!
The finished products of the new name artwork we made a while back. I finally sealed them with Mod Podge.
The poor east coast had to deal with gas shortages, but luckily we had none of that here in our area.
Exploring another trail at Glennwood Gardens.
Brett turned 7 and had an awesome birthday!
Brett wanted a set of fireballs for his birthday cake this year. This was the best I could do... not my best work, but it tasted good!
So excited for his new Unspeakable merch.
Brett got this amazing crown on his birthday at school and wore it even after coming home. He needed for a birthday photo with Mimi.
Finally got the garden all planted a week after Mother's Day since we had another few mornings in the 30s.
Some of Brett's Lego creations that he got from his birthday.
A dabbing pterodactyl...
First day vs. last day of school pics.
All the kids in Blake's class got awards for something unique.
We visited the Loveland Castle, and it was a very unique experience. www.lovelandcastle.com
More hiking.
