August {2020} Cell Phone Pics

TeeTee came to visit us for my birthday. We had beautiful weather and got in some pool time!

The sunflower field was in full bloom so we took some pics there too.

Then went down to Smale Riverfront Park for the first time this year. Sadly the water features weren't operational so we just took a stroll around the area instead.

My birthday dinner was amazing, salmon with pineapple salsa, cous cous, Blake's caramelized onions, and fresh garden tomato!

We also got to visit Summit Park with TeeTee and it was perfect weather.

We had a nice little picnic in the shade.

So glad my mom got to come visit!

I made myself a little sunflower birthday cake. It was a little rushed because I promised it to Brett before bedtime one night haha.

Finished this amazing puzzle.

I think these guys helped me with a couple pieces at least.

Blake learned how to back float in the pool, and Brett is working on his float with actual floats on his back. Brett's new accomplishment was graduating from his puddle jumper and moving onto back floats. He has been doing great with his swimming too!

We moved from brass in the downstairs bathroom, to brushed nickel. So much better.

First sunflower bloom.

It's crazy how tall they get.

Brett working on some spin art.

SO many tomatoes!

One of the puzzles I got for my birthday.

When Mimi came to visit, we went hiking at Winton Woods. Brett loved it, Blake didn't.

Homemade pico de gallo, my new favorite!

Posing with my sunflowers so you can tell how giant they are.

First day of school for these kiddos.

We set up a desk for Blake in the front room so he'd have a place to keep all his school stuff.

We finally made it up to the National Museum of the United States Air Force. It is such a cool place, but a lot of the interactive things are closed for Covid, so we'll definitely return once it is fully opened back up.

I don't remember what most of these are, but they were cool enough to take pictures of.

This wheel is enormous!

And a couple that Blake took with his phone. =)

Such an amazing sky one night. These have no filter.
